If a buyer ask to cancel the order and the same has not been shipped, then the same will be considered cancelled. But if the order is shipped then in that case the order has to be sent back to the company via courier and on receipt of the same the refund will be processed within 7 working days. A cancellation fee of 8% will be applicable in that case

*All couriers must be shipped back to M/S G.S. INTERNATIONAL, Plot No. A-195, Sec-A4, Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P. -201102.

Also a return document must be sent via mail on info@globaluniforms.co.in along with the complete bank      details  from which payment was done with ifsc code no.

*If you do not follow standard cancellation process then the return will not be accepted and payment will not be initiated in your account.
